Book Keeper and Office Manager for construction company. Applicants will be proficient in Quick Books, Excel and Word. Applicants will be expected to keep appointments, track time and materials projects and manage AR and AP accounts. Accounts payable responsibilities include managing monthly invoices, and vendor records and insurance. Accounts Receivable will include monthly invoices client billing and payment tracking.
Work from home available with periodic trips to office.
Lap top supplied for mobility.
