Our team members are driven by a common goal: to create exceptional vehicles that inspire and delight our customers.SUMMARYManagement of all administrative control/support functions of the region and zone offices following the corporations’ objectives and goals: Accounting, Facilities, Human Resources, and Business Licensing.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Develops and monitors regional general and administrative costs (G&A) and Marketing overall budgets, which may be over $25 million.

Reviews and approves if necessary, all travel and entertainment expense processes, reporting, and invoices according to Corporate Policy meeting requirements.

Manages all administrative control functions and support of the regional and zone offices per the corporate objectives and goals: Accounting, Human Resources, Business Licensing, IT, and Corporate Communications.

Liaison with Region departments on the on- and off-site meetings such as the Talent Review Meetings, Regional Organizational meetings, Retailer Advisory Board (RAB) meetings and assist with planning Town Hall meetings.

Liaison between Directors, region staff, and SOA staff in supporting the retailer body.

Manages all in-house activities such as safety, philanthropic, wellness, first-aid, and records retention.

Ensures Compliance of the Emergency Action Plan. Coordinates and manages all facilities projects with SOA Facilities Director, contractors, and local property management group.

Manages department staff. Coordinates with SOA on the training and rotations of the Management Associates

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Account and Budget Management: Budget analysis, accounts payables review, accounts receivable reconciliations, retailer statement review, and policy review and reinforcement.

Human Resources Management including, but not limited, to coordination with SOA HR, Zone Directors, and Region Dept. Managers in the areas of recruiting/staffing, employee relations issues, establishing goals/performance, and employee training and development. Support available aspects in the HR system on the Career Development Planning Program and staff Bonuses and Merit increases.

Provide input to SOA departments concerning policy procedures and their effect on field staff.

Interact with SOA Facilities in the construction plans for region and zone offices.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Strong organizational skills. Ability to prioritize, coordinate, and multi-task as needed within a department, multiple departments, regions/zones, and SOA; a flexible approach to assignments as shifting priorities occur.

Ability to effectively handle and prioritize a constant and heavy workload.

Professional interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills; comfortable communicating with all levels of the organization and vendor contract negotiation.

Tolerance of situational stress is necessary.

Ability to work with diverse work groups.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 4-Year College Degree (BA, BS) and 6-8 years' experienceWORK ENVIRONMENT

Required Travel: 5%

Lift up to 50 lbs

Possible travel to Zone Office, Retailers, and sales/marketing events

Evening and weekend work may be required for facility projects.

COMPENSATION: The recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is $89400 - $127600 / year. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. (Internal Job Grade: M1) In addition to competitive salary, Subaru offers an amazing benefits package that includes:
