You will collaborate with stakeholders to clarify business requirements, create user stories, and work closely with a small project team through to implementation. You will leverage your experience to optimize our PPM processes, drive strategic decision-making, and ensure successful implementation of an enterprise-wide systems PPM tool solution.Analyse and document business requirements for PPM tool implementation and customizationCollaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gainsDevelop and maintain project portfolio dashboards, reports, and analytics to support executive decision-makingFacilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance user adoption of PPM toolsConduct gap analysis between current and desired states of PPM processesProvide subject matter expertise on PPM best practices and industry trendsAssist in the evaluation and selection of PPM tools and related technologiesSupport the integration of PPM tools with other enterprise systemsDevelop and maintain documentation for PPM processes, procedures, and system configurations
