Handle all administrative work and ensure the smooth running of the department in this regard. Have up-to-date knowledge of rates, packages and operational details of the hotel in order to be able to conduct site inspections with the hotel’s client base. Will assist in the management of costs and keep an up to date monthly cost ledger for S&M department.  Assists in preparation of monthly/weekly reports for the Conference and Events team Manage all invoices and payment to vendors, suppliers, and clients and reconciling invoices at the end of month  Coordinate and check accommodation and events space for site visits daily Assist in handling all incoming telephone calls and the sales phone line and will follow through using own initiative. Assist in the distribution of materials when required e.g. hotel brochures, sales kits for external promotions. Support the marketing department by ensuring all branding and content are consistent and aligned across digital channels, including third-party websites. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of brand guidelines to effectively support both the sales and marketing teams. Design and update marketing collateral, including flyers, brochures, and other promotional materials. Assist in the creation of social media content and coordinate influencer partnerships to enhance brand visibility. Corporate account/rate/offer loading into CVENT (e.g. renewals) General tenderlog maintenance – upkeep once CVENT statuses are changed Generating local hotel agreements VIP Arrival Screening – Daily Arrivals and Reservations Made Yesterday reports End of Month Account Production Update – Manual data entry
