About our clientWe are very proud to be working with our client partner, Trinny London!  Portable, stackable, and perfect for application on the go, the entirely cream-based makeup range uses only the highest quality ingredients and pigments, challenging people all over the world to rethink their routines.Trinny London has generated millions of sales by developing accessible and innovative products, acquired hundreds of thousands of supporters and customers all over the world, and more importantly, built a talented and motivated team to support fantastic growth.Due to phenomenal growth we are looking for Full-Time Retail Operations and Planning Co-Ordinator to join our national Trinny London Team.This role is essential in ensuring the right products are available at the right place, time, and price, driving both customer satisfaction and business profitability.Why work with us?An attractive total salary package (including superannuation) is on offerCompany discounts for yourself, friends, and familyThe chance to work with a market leader in the luxury beauty sectorStunning modern office in Barangaroo on the HarbourGreat company culture that supports equal opportunities and provides development opportunities.Tasks and ResponsibilitiesMerchandise Planning - Develop seasonal and annual merchandise plans based on sales trends, market conditions, and company objectives.Inventory Management - Analyse inventory performance to identify slow-moving, overstocked, or understocked items.Sales Forecasting and Reporting - Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sell-through rates, gross margin, and revenue targets.Collaboration with Teams - Work closely client, NPM, marketing, and store managers to align inventory strategies with promotional activities and sales goals.Market and Trend Analysis - Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.System and Process Management - Utilise planning and inventory management tools/software to streamline operations.Our ideal candidate will have: Experience in either Supply Chain Management, Retail Management, or a related field.Proven experience as a Retail Planner, Merchandise Planner, or a similar role in retail.Strong knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and retail operations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SAP, or retail-specific tools).Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with fantastic communication skillsAttention to detail with a focus on accuracy and consistency.Qualified Makeup Artist or relevant experienceExperience in managing a retail teamExcellent teamwork skills, the ability to collaborate and inspireOpen flexibility to work during peak times including evenings, weekends, and holidays.If you believe this career opportunity sounds like the perfect fit for you then APPLY NOW!
