Dover area distributor has an immediate opening for a full-time CSR. Ability to work well in a team environment and multi-tasking skills are mandatory.
Candidate must have above average Microsoft Word and Excel experience, as well as excellent communication skills for dealing with customers by both telephone and via our websites.
Other duties include entering sales orders, setting up new accounts, communicating with outside sales staff, website updates, filing and general office duties.
