General phone and computer skills, basic knowledge of word and excel would be helpful.
Role and responsibilities:
Communicating with customers
Scheduling of service calls
Being an intermediate between customers and service teams
Invoicing and collecting service payments.
Some in house selling of job equipment/materials over phone
Salary based on experience and/or potential. Plus commissions
