Job Description:
As a Customer Service Agent, you will interact with ice cream stores seeking to order parts or schedule service for their ice cream equipment. You will play a crucial role in supporting our service team and be involved in coordinating Free Ice Cream Seminars with both the Service Team and customers.
Responsibilities:
Manage all incoming calls
Handle invoicing for service and parts orders
Process payments
Arrange shipments
Process parts orders and service calls
Coordinate with the service team and colleagues
Manage any incoming duties
You will report to the Office Manager.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in a Customer Service Role
Proficiency in Quick Books Online, Microsoft Excel, G-mail, Word, etc.
A "can do" attitude
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
