Job DescriptionManage all aspects of assigned ABL portfolio including daily collections & advances, review of borrowing base certificates & supporting documentation, review of field exams, preparation of loan modification memos and preparation of annual account reviews,  Deepen relationships by understanding client needs with focus on cross selling appropriate products and servicesProvide top client service in-line with the bank’s expected high standardsRemain well informed on all client matters to minimize riskMaintain a consistent and successful calling program  Achieve all individual goals and contribute to all team goalsStructure relationships appropriately to minimize risk and maximize profitability Develop positive working relationships with all segments and individual bank partners Conduct oneself as a true brand ambassador for the bank Utilize all systems as provided and deemed necessary for the business
