Sia is looking to hire an exceptional Senior Manager to our Data Science team. This pivotal role involves working with cutting-edge data science technologies and driving transformation within the organization and among our clients. The successful candidate will spearhead our data science initiatives, leading a team of talented data science consultants, to deliver innovative solutions that meet our clients' diverse needs. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of data science consultants, fostering an environment of growth and development within the Data Science Business Unit. Collaborate closely with client leadership teams, engineers, program managers, and data analysts to understand and address data needs comprehensively. Drive the acquisition, processing, and exploration of relevant data sources, leveraging both structured and unstructured data to uncover trends and patterns. Employ expert data analytics and data science skills to extract insights, build predictive models, and develop machine-learning algorithms. Design and implement change management strategies to support the successful adoption of data science solutions across various organizational contexts. Utilize advanced project management methodologies to oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines. Develop and deliver high-impact communications through presentations, dashboards, datasets, and other mediums to convey complex data insights effectively. Engage in Business Development activities, contributing to the growth of the Data Science Business Unit and achieving sales targets.
