In addition, employees are also entitled to participate in an employer sponsored 401(k) plan, to save for retirement.  Pay and benefits for employees represented by a union are outlined in their collective bargaining agreement.POSITION PURPOSE: The Electrical Project Engineer will be a technical support of major projects in the Development Engineering/CAPEX Delivery group of Veolia Sustainable Industries and Buildings (SIB) Technical & Performance (T&P) team and responsible for providing electrical engineering design and consulting support and maintaining good working relationships with all Veolia customers.PRIMARY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIESDirectly reporting to Sr. Project Manager Development Engineering/CAPEX DeliverySupport the sale of all SIB servicesProvide major project execution for Development Engineering/CAPEX Delivery teamSupport technical requirements of SIB projectsUnderstand and be able to design HV & MV electrical single line diagramsComplete short circuit analysesBe able to size, select and procure electrical equipmentBuilding new and existing customer relationships as key team memberSupport of processes to streamline standard operationsCollaborate with other teams on cross-functional initiativesSupporting project management requests as required by the Development Engineering/CAPEX DeliveryProvide professional project management servicesDirectly lead field contractors in the execution of Veolia SIB initiatives. Support all purchasing, contracting, project timeline, and execution management for CAPEX Delivery field technical initiatives.
