The Director, Brand Marketing will execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies across Versant's entertainment networks (USA, E!, SYFY, Oxygen) and sports properties. This role will lead day-to-day marketing campaign development and execution while providing tactical support to Distribution Sales and Ad Sales Marketing functions. The Director will also manage sports key partnerships marketing execution across our Golf vertical, WWE partnership, Premier League partnership, A10 college basketball partnership, NASCAR, and other developing partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Development & ExecutionLead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for network programming and sports propertiesManage day-to-day marketing operations including creative development, media planning, and campaign optimizationOversee multi-platform campaign delivery across linear, streaming, digital, and social platformsExecute brand positioning strategies and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing touchpointsCoordinate with creative teams, agencies, and vendors to deliver high-quality marketing materialsDistribution Sales Marketing ExecutionDevelop and produce marketing materials supporting Distribution Sales team initiativesCreate presentation materials and promotional assets for affiliate meetings and negotiationsExecute co-marketing campaigns with distribution partnersAd Sales Marketing ExecutionProduce marketing materials and presentations supporting Ad Sales team effortsDevelop advertiser-focused case studies, audience profiles, and engagement data presentationsExecute branded content marketing campaigns and sponsorship activationsSports Key Partnerships ExecutionExecute marketing campaigns for key sports partnerships including:Golf vertical content and partnership marketingWWE partnership promotional campaignsPremier League partnership marketing initiativesA10 college basketball partnership promotionsNASCAR partnership marketing executionNew sports partnerships as they developCoordinate cross-promotional opportunities between sports and entertainment propertiesManage sports partnership marketing timelines, deliverables, and performance trackingProject Management & OperationsManage marketing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple simultaneous campaignsCoordinate cross-functional teams including creative, media, digital, social, and external partnersEnsure marketing campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and meet quality standardsMaintain marketing calendar and coordinate with programming and sales calendarsTrack campaign performance and provide regular reporting to VP, Brand MarketingTeam Collaboration & DevelopmentLead marketing coordinators and junior team members on campaign executionCollaborate with senior marketing team members on strategic initiativesServe as primary day-to-day contact for agency partners and vendorsSupport VP in team development and strategic planning initiativesContribute to Versant Marketing Council initiatives and cross-platform collaboration effortsNew Platform Development SupportExecute marketing campaigns and initiatives supporting new streaming partner launch effortsCoordinate tactical elements of go-to-market strategies for new platform partnerships
