If you have experience across concrete/Agi trucks and/or batch plant activities, this role with our Macraes underground team could be for you! Working a 7 days on / 7 days off (night/shift), 7:00am/pm to 7:00pm/am roster.This role will work to safely and efficiently carry out underground Agitator truck operations, delivering fibrecrete and concrete to shotcrete spray rigs and civil works as directed by the Mine control and Shift Supervisors. Additionally, you will ensure the underground Agitator trucks are operated and maintained to a high level and left in a clean and ready state for the next shift.
Key Tasks and ResponsibilitiesOperate the Agi Truck with basic understanding of the batch plant and spraying processPerform pre-start and shut down checks on all equipment to ensure units are kept clean and in a serviceable conditionAssist with spraying and Concrete pouring operations on delivery of products to the work locations in a safe and professional manner.Operate equipment both day and nightUnderstand underground mine layout and ground conditionsPerform all work and associated functions safely, correctly using all PPE at the appropriate times and obeying all written and verbal health and safety instructions
