Grouter Operator - Underground Mining

This role work to safely install cables, spilling bars and drill collars using cement grout or resin to comply with company standards and site procedures. Additionally, follow instruction given from supervisor to assist in meeting daily objectives in a safe and effective manner. Key Tasks and Responsibilities:Install, grout and tension twin strand cable boltsCut cable tails offInstall, grout and tension dynamic cable boltsBackfill dynamic cable bolt with groutInstall mesh or osro straps when tensioning cable boltsGrout DCS/CT boltsGrout bogged drill steelsAssist loading of cable cassette on CabolterCut and make up cables to correct lengths that are required for hand installationOperate IT and TelehandlerOperate air grinder to cut cablesOperate cable pusher attachment tool for cables > 15m lengthGrout in poly collars and make up valves for drain holes
