Kōrero mō te tūranga | About the role We're on the hunt for a Service Designer to join our squad. This role came about because we need more hands on deck to support our Digital Generation and Corporate Productivity programs. You'll be diving into discovery activities, mapping out user journeys, and ensuring our solutions are user-centered and efficient. You'll be the go-to person for service design, running workshops, building relationships, and turning insights into actionable plans.  
 
Your work will enhance the user experience and ensure our digital products meet user needs. You'll support our business strategy by delivering data driven, user-friendly recommendations. Conduct user research (interviews, surveys and observations) to gather insights, and help interpret data to support business decisions. Create prototypes to test and refine ideas. Visualise processes and journeys, identifying pain points and opportunities. Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions.
