As a Maintenance Crew Leader at Centerpoint, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe, efficient execution of assigned tasks, maintaining our high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team to ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
Oversee basic maintenance, plant installation, irrigation repairs, and chemical applications.
Address client concerns, striving for satisfactory resolutions.
Enforce safety protocols and company policies among crew members.
Manage equipment and perform preventative maintenance.
Expectations:
Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair systems and equipment.
Adjust irrigation system timers and conduct necessary repairs.
Supervise truck/trailer setup daily, managing equipment and supplies.
Work outdoors in all weather conditions and operate various equipment.
Handle fertilizers, pesticides, aeration, and seeding.
Surface and report customer problems or concerns.
Requirements:
Valid Nevada driver's license with a clean record.
3+ years of Landscape Maintenance experience.
Proficiency in operating maintenance equipment.
Bilingual in English and Spanish (a PLUS).
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
2 years of landscaping irrigation repair experience.
Ability to inspect properties and generate reports.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing irrigation systems.
Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
