The Role:
Lead a crew in maintaining beautiful landscapes
Tasks include mowing, planting, irrigation, and more
Address client concerns and ensure top-notch service
Oversee safety, equipment, and crew performance
You'll Be A Great Fit If You Have:
3+ years of landscape experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Equipment operation expertise (irrigation repair a plus)
Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish)
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
