Position:
Maintenance Crew Leader
As a Crew Leader at Centerpoint, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that assigned tasks are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the quality standards set by our company.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Utilize your leadership skills to direct and supervise a team.
Ensure the safe and efficient completion of assigned tasks including basic maintenance, plant installation, irrigation repairs, and chemical applications.
Address client concerns, proactively assisting in achieving satisfactory resolutions.
Ensure all crew members adhere to safety protocols and perform their work in line with company policies.
Manage equipment, perform preventative maintenance.
Expectations:
Inspect, analyze, and troubleshoot systems and equipment.
Adjust timers on irrigation systems and make necessary repairs.
Supervise truck/trailer setup daily and manage equipment and supplies.
Work outdoors in all weather conditions and operate a wide range of equipment.
Handle fertilizers, pesticides, aeration, and seeding.
Surface and report customer problems or concerns.
Requirements:
Valid Nevada driver's license with a clean driving record.
3+ years of experience in Landscape Maintenance.
Ability to operate all maintenance equipment.
Bilingual in English and Spanish (a PLUS).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
2 years of landscaping irrigation repair experience.
Ability to inspect properties and generate reports.
Strong communication skills and teamwork.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair commercial/residential irrigation systems.
Strong work ethic and self-starter.

Full-time (40+ hours per week, Weekends Required, 6:30 am start time)
Pay:
$16.00 to $19.00 per hour (Compensation based on qualifications and experience)
