AMAYA Roofing & Waterproofing (www.amayaroofinginc.com) Las Vegas Valley’s commercial and residential roofing experts is currently looking for an energetic, self-motivated Project Administrator to join our team!
Candidates should have experience with data entry, possess great organizational skills and be comfortable on the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Answer office phones.
- Set up projects, proposals, and enter job-related information provided by estimators and inspectors in the company's project management system. Make sure that information is current and accurate.
- Convert Projects to Work Orders (WOs).
- Process Purchase Orders (POs).
- Assist with developing and updating proposals and maintain client data records.
- Assemble Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and Job Site Safety Manuals for Production Division projects.
- Create Change Orders (COs) once Project Manager provides direction on approved Change Proposals to be included.
- Maintain open and frequent communication with Project Managers to ensure priorities are set and expectations are clear.
- Perform all other duties that may be assigned by management.
Required Skills:
- Exceptional communication skills to work with Project Managers, office and field personnel.
- Great organizational skills to assist multiple Project Managers.
- Computer and data entry skills.
- English fluency; bilingual is a plus.
- Safety training: OSHA 10-hour card. (AMAYA will provide and pay for this certification if you currently do not have one)
Salary: $15/hour or Based on Experience
