The Order Entry Administrator receives and processes orders for custom spas. Tracks orders, updates status and or changes in the order and schedule. Maintains records of prices, delivery dates, inventory and other data related to each spa transaction. Utilizes a tracking system to process orders.
Responsibilities:
Confer with dealers by telephone or via email to provide information about our spa products and options
Receives and process orders of spas at an average of 100 orders per day
Prepare confirmations for dealers to verify order accuracy
Enter sales orders timely and accurately in appropriate systems
Prepare paperwork necessary for production of product
Communicate with internal departments on items necessary for orders
Qualifications / Skills Required:
Extreme attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines with minimum supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Possess a strong understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and practices
Speaks clearly and eloquently, representing the company in a professional manner
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Independent worker, self-motivated, and self-driven
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel, Access is a plus)
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Basic math skills required
High school diploma or equivalent
