Job Description:
Answering phones
Scan/Data Entry and Filing
Assist Manager for Multi-task, repair, accounting
Communicate with Spanish speaking Vendors and Tenants
Requirements:
Desire to learn. No real estate or office experience required, we will train. Some work experience is required.
Computer and internet skills. Will train on Software.
Fluent English, clear speaking and professional for answering phones.
Spanish speaking required.
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.
Must have dependable transportation.

Office Hours: Monday-Friday 9am to 4pm

Job Description: Part-time 3 full days, or 4-5 partial days/a week
Expected Hours: 16–21 hrs/per week
