Filtration product distributor located in Las Vegas is seeking a bookkeeper/office administrator. We are looking for a Full or part time bookkeeper / office administrator.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily recordation of Sales Orders and preparation of Invoice and Packing Lists
A/P, A/R and office administration
Collections
Will function as right-hand person to owner
Provide general support in form of answering phones
Maintain accounting files in neat, orderly fashion
Prepare correspondence as needed
Understanding of inventory recordation
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Experience with Quickbooks helpful, Excel and general use of computer
Must be a perfectionist by nature, there is little tolerance for financial sloppiness.
Position requires an understanding of order entry process, inventory and order fulfillment.
Must have good communication skills and a pleasant phone demeanor
Must have excellent work habits and take pride and ownership in duties
