We have an immediate need for an experienced office clerk for a manufacturing company in the Northeast Las Vegas area. This is a full-time Monday-Friday day shift. Must have previous office phones and computer data entry experience. Fluent speaking and writing in English and Spanish. Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Receive customer orders via email, fax, or over the phone and input them into the system.
- Process incoming and outgoing orders.
- Resolve customer questions regarding their orders.
- Verify and correct data where necessary.
- Manage invoice data.
- Other clerical duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Recent verifiable administrative/clerical experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized.
- Excellent computer and phone skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
- IMMEDIATE HIRE: Available to interview and start a position right away.
- Able to complete and pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
