Key Responsibilities:
Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle text message inquiries
Schedule inspections and repairs
Follow-up daily on accounts receivables
Maintain a clean and presentable office
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of office experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook), and Google Calendar
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
Must know how to navigate Quickbooks
Team player with a positive attitude

Experience in customer service
