Location: Las Vegas

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM

Compensation: Based on experience, starting at $48,000 annually

About the Role

Are you a go-getter who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly? We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Office Assistant & Personal Assistant to support our dynamic office and executive team. This dual-role position is primarily focused on office administration (80%) with light personal assistance responsibilities (20%). If you're a self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for efficiency, this is the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Office Assistant Duties (80%)

-Greet visitors, answer phones, and handle reception responsibilities

-Coordinate internal and external meetings and manage executive calendars

-Draft, edit, and send professional emails, letters, and memos on behalf of the team

-Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and other communications

-Organize and maintain both physical and digital files

-Perform data entry and maintain databases as needed

-Monitor inventory and reorder supplies, liaise with vendors for maintenance or procurement

-Book business travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and transportation

-Assist with event planning and logistics, including coordination of conventions and group travel

-Track company expenses and document personal expenses paid by owners for proper accounting and reimbursement

-Assist with office maintenance requests, coordinate services, and support office events or initiatives

-Research topics and solutions as needed and utilize tools and resources provided

-Think creatively and proactively to solve problems and support team initiatives

-Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Personal Assistant Duties (20%)

-Occasionally run personal errands such as dry cleaning, postal runs, basic shopping, etc.

-Order or pick up breakfast, coffee, or lunches as needed

-Assist with scheduling personal appointments (medical, household services)

-Support planning of personal travel including bookings and itinerary management

-Manage sensitive personal requests with discretion and professionalism

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace

-High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality

-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Skills & Preferred Qualities

-High school diploma or equivalent

-Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook)

-Strong organizational and time management skills

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Ability to multi-task and work independently or as part of a team

-A positive attitude and willingness to learn

-Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

-Experience in an office setting is a plus but not required

-Experience working in a fast-paced startup or high-growth company

-Familiarity with project/task management platforms

-Resourceful, adaptable, and enthusiastic about supporting others

-Team-oriented with a service-minded attitude
