Sew Yeah Quilting is Las Vegas' premier Quilting and Sewing store, featuring the industry's finest designer fabrics, Sewing Machines, sewing notions, patterns, and other essential quilting supplies.
We are currently looking for a full time Marketing manager, with emphasis in Social Media Marketing.
Qualifications:
Previous experience managing and delivering successful social media campaigns.
Previous Experience tracking KPIs and generating actionable insights from data.
Verifiable examples of social media marketing successes and wins as well as learnings from missteps.
Experience building a social media following- again you must be able to prove your roll in building and growth
Experience working with influencers to execute mutually beneficial campaigns.
Highly organized with outstanding business communication skills, both verbal and written and strong interpersonal skills.
An in-depth understanding of various social media platforms including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest.
Understand and have managed paid media (social boosts) across platforms.
Experience with social and analytic tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights etc
Experience with Klavyo / or other email campaign services
Experience with In store marketing
Responsibilities:
First and foremost responsibility is the growth and maintenance of our Youtube, Facebook and Instagram accounts. This growth needs to be trackable, and must produce fiscal results.
Collaborate with other areas across the organization such as designers, salespeople, teachers, and senior management to ensure accuracy and the fulfillment of cross-functional needs and to ensure business objectives are met in creative marketing.
Optimize and refine the social media management process.
Create social posts with a focus on engagement, growth, retention and conversion.
Manage the community and engage users on various social platforms on behalf of our brand(s).
Execute live-time videos, replies and creation of timely and relevant content to specific audiences.
Partner with key employees to create monthly social content calendars / strategies as well real-time responses to connect with questions and grow the brand.
Stay up to date on latest social trends and tools and implement them for social campaigns delivery.
Analyze, track, and measure performance against KPI’s and report on monthly social campaigns.
You must be fluent in editing software- such as adobe illustrator or photoshop in order to create the needed posts. Knowing how to use filters on instagram is not a sufficient qualification. We have a graphic designer but you must be able to do simple editing.
You must be able to come up with great ideas, storyboard, script, and execute. We need a team player who's excited, has an amazing personality that enjoys producing quality content.
We are looking for a social media creative manager that is smart, uses critical thinking, very creative, and very self-manageable with their task and roles. Please familiarize yourself with our Social Media Accounts. All of our handle names are Sew Yeah Quilting. This is a full time position, Monday- Friday 8am-5pm and starts at $20 an hour.
