Social Media Manager Full Time (Las Vegas Resident Only)

This is an in house position for a very desirable company in Las Vegas. If you are highly qualified and willing to re-locate to Vegas, we are open to looking at all applications. Please do not reply if you are NOT a social media manager.

Duties: Your duties and responsibilities will include, but will not necessarily be limited to, the following:

Proactively and professionally manage the Company’s social media platforms in a manner that aligns with and promotes the brand and materially grows the Company’s social media followers and engagement.

Publish approved, final content across all of the Company’s social media platforms on a daily basis in accordance with the Company’s content strategy.

Post engaging content routinely throughout each day on Instagram stories as well as all other social media feeds.

Create and curate on-brand, engaging and purposeful content, especially for Instagram stories and similar social media feeds.

Track and post / re-post suitable content (including content generated by the content team, staff, ambassadors, and influencers), especially for Instagram stories and similar social media feeds.

Liaise with content team for social media assets.

Proactively develop the Company’s YouTube content channel.

Liaise with the Company’s Creative Director, Ambassador Manager and Influencer Manager for social media assets.

Regularly communicate with and encourage staff regarding social media engagement.

Proactively attend to community management / communications across all social media platforms.

Proactively support staff, ambassadors, influencers, and other key industry stakeholders via social media engagement.

When applicable, direct social media communications and/or questions to appropriate personnel.

Utilize all appropriate tools and strategies to grow the Company’s social media audience and engagement.

Take all reasonable precautions to protect the Company’s social media accounts from terms-of-service violations, suspension, or termination.

Regularly back-up all social media accounts / content.

Measure and report key performance indicators (KPIs) across the Company’s social media accounts.

Regularly analyze the Company’s social media strategy and social media trends in order to identify weaknesses and strategic opportunities for growth and improvement.

Routinely research and incorporate social media trends, techniques, tools, and strategies for advancing the Company’s social media objectives.

Ability to utilize photo and video editing apps;

Ability to anticipate concerns and obstacles, and plan accordingly;

Ability to multi-task under tight timelines, and prioritize and perform successfully in a fast-paced environment;

Must stay current with latest social trends, pop culture, and current & emerging influencers across multiple industries.
