Overview: As an Internet Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads for our company's products or services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop Online Marketing Strategies:

Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for online marketing initiatives.

Create comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and target audience demographics.

2. Execute Digital Marketing Campaigns:

Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and display advertising.

Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content for online campaigns.

3. Optimize Website and Content:

Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.

Monitor website performance and user experience, and make recommendations for optimization.

4. Manage Social Media Presence:

Develop and maintain a strong presence on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.

Create engaging social media content and interact with followers to build brand loyalty and drive engagement.

5. Analyze and Report on Campaign Performance:

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze campaign data to measure the effectiveness of online marketing efforts.

Prepare regular reports and presentations on digital marketing performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

6. Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in online marketing.

Recommend new digital marketing tactics and strategies to enhance the company's online presence and competitive edge.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial role.

In-depth knowledge of online marketing channels and techniques, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.

Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
