job detailsWe're a rapidly-growing Warehousing company, looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager in the Las Vegas area. Experience with building and maintaining customer relationships is critical to the success of this position
Broad knowledge of warehouse operations
Effective oral and written communication skills at all levels regarding supervision, counseling and discipline
Great leadership and management skills
Ability to effectively prioritize and delegate work
Proficient with computers
Forklift certified
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating procedures, and maintenance instructions
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence and ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization
Education and/or Experience:
At least 5 years of experience managing multiple warehouses with multiple customers
High school diploma

salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities Work with Upper Management for wholesale and liquidation projects. This would be fordiscontinued and refurbished Inventory. Create a trucking rate spreadsheet. This would allow monitoring all trucking company costsand ensuring that we are paying accordingly for all FTL and LTL trucking. Become more involved with the show inventory reconciliation. Be more proactive withgetting the packing and receiving slips. Enter inventory in reconciliation spreadsheet. Continue to utilize the maintenance spreadsheet to show how much we are incurring inexpenses due to fleet maintenance. Also catalog all work completed on trucks electronicallyfor easy recall of maintenance done. Track all equipment availability for all shows. (Equipment Inventory) Used in conjunctionwith the booths booked at the shows to utilize all equipment when necessary. Work more with the Repair Technicians to see anything can be worked together on.Example: better communication when equipment is dropped off to be fixed, or If newequipment is being made that it is loaded in trucks/trailers for the shows designated. Eventually being in the loop with Repair Technicians dealing with the vendor aboutmanufacturing defects and extra parts.The essential functions of this role include:
