Growing together.We are looking for a self-starter to manage the implementation of our new behavioral health structure and ongoing implementation of recent behavioral health contracts and services.Behavioral Health Contract Management: In partnership with the Compliance Officer, this role will lead efforts related to the implementation and management of Behavioral Health contracts. They will work with the CMO, provider contracting department, and providers to implement and maintain mutually beneficial agreements and ensure the delivery of high-quality BH services to our beneficiaries.Medicaid Relationship Management: As the primary liaison for daily behavioral health operations this role will stay informed about Medicaid policy changes and collaborate with state stakeholders to navigate regulatory requirements and drive initiatives.Whole Person Care Integration: This role will lead the implementation of the CMO’s strategic guidance for the integration of physical and behavioral health services, promoting a holistic approach to healthcare delivery. This involves collaborating with clinical teams to ensure seamless coordination of care, improve health outcomes, and enhance the overall patient experience.Cross-Functional Collaboration: this role will collaborate closely with various departments within the organization, including Compliance, Finance, Provider Relations, Clinical Operations, and Quality Improvement, to drive alignment and achieve shared objectives.You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:

1+ years of operational experience

2+ years of experience working in Medicaid or a healthcare setting

Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook

Proven ability to lead complex implementations and execute strategic initiatives

Proven solid written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

1+ years project management experience

Knowledge of behavioral health services and programs

Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $70,200 to $137,800 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
