Description We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our machinery manufacturing team in Las Vegas. This contract-to-hire role offers the opportunity to become a permanent member of our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating credit and debit notes, resolving customer discrepancies, and ensuring alignment with customer contracts. The role also involves working with our B2B portal to streamline operations and support our system upgrade from Microsoft Navision (Dynamics NAV) to Business Central (BC).Key Responsibilities:

Create credit and debit notes in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Contact customers to resolve payment and invoice discrepancies.

Ensure all processes and transactions comply with customer contracts.

Utilize the B2B portal to enhance operational efficiency.

Support the transition from Microsoft Navision to Business Central.

Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail across all tasks.

Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and maintain communication with customers and team members.

Safeguard confidential information, ensuring the security of highly transactional data.

Accurately handle billing functions, including invoice entry and payment collection.

Ensure contract compliance in all transactions and operations.

Requirements Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) is mandatory for the role

Experience with Dynamics NAV and Microsoft Dynamics NAV is required Must have knowledge in Contract Compliance Familiarity with Billing Collection and Billing Functions is essential Experience in Billing and Invoice Entry is necessary Ability to handle tasks related to Collecting Payments is required A keen eye for detail and high levels of accuracy are essential Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary Must be able to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Knowledge of standard accounting principles and procedures is required A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in a similar role within the Machinery Manufacturing industry is advantageous.
