Inbound Call Center Representative Needed Immediately!
We are looking for reliable and enthusiastic people to come and join one of the nation's fastest growing housing providers as a Move-In Specialist.
Job Description:
This position will be taking inbound sales calls. Candidates must be able to effectively present, promote and sell company inventory, identify the needs of the customer, provide suggestions, up-sell, and/or promote alternative options.
The position involves meeting sales quota on a regular basis in a competitive, team-oriented environment.
Qualifications:
Have a GREAT telephone voice and demeanor
Must be able to talk on the telephone and type at the same time
Have knowledge of the Las Vegas valley
Must have at least 6 months of sales and or customer service experience, preferably in a call center setting
Have basic computer skills and knowledge of the internet
Have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced call center team environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Strong verbal and written English communications skills
Be goal oriented and organized
Applicant must be proactive, willing to take direction and possess a strong work ethic
Sitting, standing, walking, bending, climbing stairs, kneeling, and lifting up to 15 lbs.
Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance
Work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
Be able to pass drug and background screenings
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
