We have an IMMEDIATE need for Call Center Representatives for an inbound customer service call center in the Las Vegas area. This is NOT a remote position, must be willing to report onsite for every shift. Must be available for an in-person assessment and interview today and tomorrow! Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answering inbound calls quickly and efficiently.
- Offering support helping customers with maintenance and accuracy.
- Navigating through multiple systems and tools.
- Document customer interactions and process customer accounts.
- Maintain a well-developed working knowledge of company services offered.
- Other job duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Recent steady work history and an up-to-date resume to submit for consideration.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; Excellent telephone and email skills.
- Motivated, self-starter with a can-do attitude, highly organized, detail oriented, team player.
- Previous experience with call center and technical support preferred.
- Flexible schedule (Must have open availability 24/7, shift will be assigned after training is completed).
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Able to complete and pass a background check and drug screen.
- Will be required to take and pass an in-person customer service assessment.
