Equipped with a first-of-its-kind 5G network, a passion for change and the power to drive it, we’ll emerge as the nation’s fourth facilities-based wireless carrier and a disruptive force in the market at large.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesAs an Indirect Sales Manager, you will manage a team of Account Executives and drive performance within a portfolio of Boost Mobile stores. Your goal is to build and maintain a strong winning culture that focuses on sales and people first. You will get to build relationships throughout a territory with external partners, internal teams, and vendor partners to help drive performance. You will serve as the secondary point of contact for questions and issues at retail stores including escalated issues. Sales managers are responsible for managing targets for new retail points of distribution. You will work closely with your Regional Sales Director to ensure regional strategies are executed effectively. This role includes a company vehicle.Key Responsibilities:

Develop daily, weekly, and monthly plans to prioritize key initiatives for the field sales team.

Conduct weekly ride-alongs with Account Executives, providing coaching and feedback on visit effectiveness.

Collaborate with dealer and distribution partners to expand points of distribution within each market.

Create and lead business reviews with dealer partners to assess metrics and implement performance improvements.

Monitor Account Executive store visits to ensure brand and performance standards are met.

Work with the Local Marketing Manager to plan events and optimize social media usage for retail stores.

Skills, Experience and RequirementsEducation and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree and four years related work experience or eight years of sales management experience

3 years of account management experience

3 years of direct or indirect retail channel experience

1 year selling wireless products or services

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience managing a field sales team

Display confidence in having high-level strategy conversations with business owners

Must adapt well to change and enjoy working in a fast-paced sales environment

Consult and provide solutions when called upon by team or partners

Exhibit excellent time management skills and ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously

Demonstrate strong presentation skills to be able to host conference calls and training sessions

Must have a valid driver’s license, three years of active driving history, successfully completed driver’s safety training, and otherwise comply with DISH’s Driver Safety Policy and guidelines
