Career growth opportunities.The Doe Run Company is seeking a Site Services Support Crew to safely operate mobile equipment for industrial cleaning services to maintain plant environmental regulations and provide a clean and safe work environment. This position is located at The Buick Resource Recycling Facility in Boss, MO.Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.

Minimum 1-year mobile equipment experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Proficient ability to identify feeds and waste.

Basic knowledge of plant operations and escalations.

Basic knowledge of environmental rules and regulations regarding material handling and storage.

Basic safety knowledge of mechanical and moving parts throughout plant.

Responsibilities:

Operate mobile equipment including bobcat, forklift, loader, haul truck, manlift, vacuum truck, and jet truck in order to facilitate industrial cleaning services.

Work autonomously when given direction by the lead person, while guiding other members of the cleaning crew. Serves as the fill-in lead person in their absence.

Ensure compliance with the environmental requirements regarding the proper clean-up, movement, and storage of lead bearing materials.

Perform pre-shift safety inspections on mobile equipment and perform minor maintenance tasks such as tightening, lubricating, and cleaning (TLC) equipment.

Complete paperwork as needed for shift reporting.

Complete tasks in a safe and environmentally compliant manner by following EHS (environmental, health and safety) policies, procedures and best practices; support and assist peers in working in a safe, compliant manner; report unsafe acts or conditions, incidents, and deviations; and provide feedback to support continuous improvement in EHS performance.

Other duties as assigned.

Regularly required to wear a PPE including but not limited to respirator, coveralls, head protection, hearing protection, and foot protection. Frequently exposed to outdoor weather conditions, vibration, extreme heat (non-weather), and work near moving mechanical parts. Occasionally, exposed to wet, humid conditions (non-weather), extreme cold (non-weather), and work at heights of 4 feet or more with fall protection. Rarely required to work in confined spaces. Exposed to loud noise.

Regularly required to stand, walk, and grasp. Frequently required to talk, hear, feel attributes of objects, push, reach with hands/arms, and perform repetitive movement of wrist, hand and/or fingers. Occasionally required to drive, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl, and climb or balance. Rarely required to sit. Requires clarity of vision at 20 inches or less and ability to identify and distinguish colors.

Regularly required to lift up to 15 pounds. Frequently required to lift up to 50 pounds. Occasionally required to lift up to 100 pounds. Rarely required to lift over 100 pounds.
