Assists with audits and assessments of supplier's systems, processes and products.
Documents audit and assessment results. Inspects or verifies less complex products for compliance. Monitors supplier quality related activities and reports issues.
Plans and conducts audits and assessments of supplier's systems, processes and products.
Documents and reports audit and assessment results. Inspects or verifies products for compliance with requirements.
Assists with assessments of supplier capability and capacity to perform current or potential future work.
Provides supplier education and coaching on quality systems, regulatory compliance issues and company initiatives.
Resolves routine issues and concern
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
1+ year of experience in a quality job role
1+ year of experience performing quantitative or statistical analysis, data collection, preparation and interpretation
1+ year of experience gathering data and performing a Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA)
Experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Level 3 : 3 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience with First Article Inspections (i.e. AS9102)
Experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)
Experience interfacing and presenting to senior and executive leadership
Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
Experience working closely with other engineering disciplines in an integrated team environment
Experience with regulatory requirements
Experience reviewing contracts, managing suppliers, and/or experience working with inventory
Experience with advanced product quality planning (APQP)
Typical Education & Experience:Level 2:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience , 7 years' related work experience, etc.).Level 3:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
