Partner with hiring leaders to understand critical job requirements, create and implement candidate generation strategies, and deliver the best candidates for each open position

Leverage our Applicant Tracking System to create and publish requisitions, screen candidates, and assist in providing a smooth on-boarding experience

Partner and manage high-touch relationships with internal and external candidates and domestic hiring managers across multiple disciplines, locations and businesses

Understand and translate technical/functional hiring needs to ensure job descriptions, qualifications and requirements are effectively reflected in job postings

Utilize recruiting tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, HireVue, HiredScore, and Avature

Search external resume databases proactively using Boolean search strings in a Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) environment

Maintain pipeline of pre-screened candidates and continued contact with candidates to retain interest

Maintain relationships with Boeing 3rd party vendors and sourcing partners

Use metrics and data analysis to develop strategies and efficiencies in the hiring process and for future forecasting

Facilitate resolution of hiring concerns by providing leadership support

Participate in identification and execution of improvement activities aimed at enhancing the customer experience and increasing efficiency

Provide proactive and consistent communication with business partners to drive the process, provide status and ensure successful hire within expected timeline

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience in recruiting talent (sourcing, screening, and closing both internal and external candidates)

3+ years of experience using Applicant Tracking Systems

1+ years of experience sourcing diverse talent using a variety of tools including LinkedIn and professional networks, Boolean searches, and other social media tools

Experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

1+ years of experience with Tableau

1+ years of experience with Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools (i.e. Avature, Sourcepoint, etc.)

Experience using Workday for recruiting and/or talent acquisition tasks

Experience working with all levels of management to develop recruiting and sourcing strategies

Experience attending and assisting with hiring events

Experience building positive relationships with business partners, human resources and internal recruiting / staffing teams and candidates

Experience sourcing and acquiring cleared talent

Experience working with OFCCP and EEOC compliance guidelines

Experience building positive relationships with business partners, human resources and internal recruiting / staffing teams and candidates

Experience negotiating compensation with business partners and candidates

Experience coaching and mentoring recruiters

Typical Education & Experience:Typically 6 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
