Ensure compliance and accuracy with all contracts and grants
Monitor deliverables with each statement of work
Develop contracts and Request for Information for new technologies or services
Monitor budgets and hold vendors accountable do deliver on time and on budget
Ensure grant reports are on time and completed with accuracy
Work with program managers on reporting and fulfillment of grants
Collect data, develop reports, and analyze data required for state and federal grants
Measure the effectiveness of federal and state programs
Ensure data integrity of data sent in for federal reporting
Oversee the Metro Area Agency on Aging’s database responsibilities to ensure accuracy, sound use of resources, and delivery of projects on time and within budget (and manage the contract and data for the MNHelp replacement project that is replacing the current DMP effort)
Apply continuous improvement methodologies to manage contracts, projects, and data analysis
Minimum Qualifications3 years professional experience developing statement of work for vendors, contracts and request for proposals. Experience must include the following:
Writing Request for Information, (RFI), Requests for Proposal (RFP), Statements of Work (SOW), budgets and contracts for vendors and services
Developing reports and analyzing data
Monitoring and ensuring compliance with contracts and grants
Bachelor’s Degree in related field may substitute for 1 year of experiencePreferred Qualifications
Writing skills to develop training materials, protocols, grant writing, public presentations, and data analyses for public consumption
Understanding and implementation of grants and interpreting legislation
Experience working in or managing contact center staff and understanding phone technology
Variety of experiences working effectively with others from different backgrounds and/or cultures
