Schmidt Brothers Roofing is looking to acquire or hire someone who is self-motivated, punctual, dependable, and looking for work in sales. This is a commission based opportunity for the right person.
We install asphalt shingle roofs in Southern MN and the Twin Cities. The roofing sales position is responsible for the following:
Receive asphalt shingle roofing sales leads, manage communication with customers for inspection, estimating, scheduling and invoicing.
Minimum 1 year exterior (Roofing, sidings etc.) sales experience required.
Door to door to create leads for yourself. Higher commissions on self-generated leads.
Managing the sales process for each job they sell.
Requirements:
- Self Motivated & desire to sell.
- Valid Drivers License
- Insurance

Pay: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
