Location: Minneapolis/Saint Paul & surrounding areas
Base Pay: Base Salary (not a draw) + commission, benefits & incentives. Commission only pay is also available.
Earning Potential: $100,000 - $200,000+ per year!

What We Expect from You:
Full-Time Commitment: We expect a minimum of 40 hours per week so you can fully dedicate yourself to generating leads, building relationships, and driving sales.
Lead Generation & Sales: Use social media, door-to-door methods, and more to generate new business in both the insurance and retail sectors. Also, close our leads.
Customer Relationship Management: Be the trusted advisor to your clients, guiding them through insurance claims (when applicable) and assisting them with all their construction needs.
Collaboration with Production: While you won’t be responsible for most estimates, you’ll work closely with our production team to ensure a smooth handoff from sales to successful project completion.
Quality-Focused Approach: We pride ourselves on delivering top-notch service, ensuring our clients are always satisfied and confident in their decisions.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead Generation & Sales: Run preset appointments, run telemarketing leads, door-to-door strategies, and social media leads to find homeowners and businesses who need our services across insurance and retail sectors.
Relationship Building: Be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the process.
Seamless Collaboration: Work closely with our production manager to ensure a smooth and successful project completion from start to finish.
Providing Exceptional Service: Deliver outstanding customer experience that leads to repeat business and referrals.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of successful ROOFING sales experience (interior sales experience is a bonus).
Strong Communication Skills: You should be able to communicate effectively with clients, solve problems, and build lasting relationships.
Physical Requirements: Ability to climb ladders, inspect roofs, potentially crawl in tight areas, and lift up to 80 lbs.
Reliable Transportation & Valid Driver’s License: Required for meeting clients and traveling to job sites.
