Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Roofing Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with potential customers, providing thorough and complete estimates to the customer. You will be the face of our company and play a crucial role in our continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Relationship Building:
o Conduct thorough roof inspections and provide accurate and detailed assessments of customer needs.
o Prepare and present comprehensive proposals, including pricing, product options, and financing plans.
o Build strong and lasting relationships with customers through excellent communication and follow-up.
o Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process.
Administrative Duties:
o Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
o Prepare reports on sales performance.
o Stay updated on industry best practices, new products, and competitive offerings.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
Insurance loss and restoration knowledge.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong work ethics, self-motivation, and a results-oriented mindset.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant technologies.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
