We are searching for a person to join our locally owned business in the role of Warehouse Manager in a fast-paced environment located in St. Paul, Minnesota.
MONDAY-FRIDAY HOURS 7AM-3/3:30PM
This is not a warehouse only position-YOU WILL NEED TO DRIVE 26 foot box truck with valid DL
Be able to move furniture into and out of apartments and homes, and lift/move 50-75 pounds
We are looking for warehouse manager, but along with managing a team, you will need to be able to drive a truck and deliver/pick up furniture on days when needed.
Your days will include:
Managing team of people
Check furniture to ensure acceptable condition for delivery prior to loading truck.
Accurately and safely load truck and checking items against lease agreement.
Deliver and install furniture in a safe manner and within agreed upon timeframe.
Pickup furniture at lease end.
Report all pick-up and delivery issues to office and record information on paperwork.
Confirm all electronics and lighting work prior to leaving the stop.
Wipe down and touch-up furniture once delivered to ensure its integrity.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Unload, sort returned furniture to download/repair.
Perform checklist of truck to ensure all equipment and supplies are available.
Ability to speak, read and write English
Must have reliable transportation
Must have local VALID state driver’s license and CLEAN driving record
Minimum 21 years old
