Receive product and put away as per established guide lines.
Prepare custom seed mixtures as required.
Pick and stage products from picking lists for delivery on Ramy trucks, customer pickups, LTL shipments, couriers, small package and inventory transfers.
All orders must be verified 100% before shipping or loading.
Ensure a high degree of focus and detail on every task.
Provide highest level of customer service in all activities.
Maintain safe and clean work environment in all warehouses and yard.
Assist controlling and managing inventory.
Communicate with drivers to ensure efficient delivery of product.
Provide daily direction to delivery drivers and warehouse personnel.
Ability to multi-task is a must
Making the occasional delivery on a company vehicle may be neccessary so possessing a DOT Health Card or the willingness to
get one is essential.
Supervise and provide daily direction to one full time warehouse worker and seasonal help. Oversee all daily operations.
Scheduled hours in season are 7am to 5pm with the flexibility to start early or stay late if needed. Overtime at time and a half
Understand and enforce all company rules and regulations.
