Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and experienced handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general home repairs and maintenance tasks. This role involves working across a wide range of properties, performing everything from minor fixes to more complex repairs. No two days will be the same, and we need someone who is flexible, skilled, and takes pride in doing the job right the first time.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform residential and commercial property management & maintenance services
Perform a variety of home and building repairs, including, but not limited to:
Drywall patching and painting
Door and window repair/replacement
Appliance installation
Cabinet, flooring, and tile repair
Gutter, siding, and roof patching
General carpentry and finish work
Diagnose repair needs and communicate issues clearly
Travel to various project sites as assigned
Ensure all work meets safety standards and company quality expectations
Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional conduct on-site
Requirements:
3+ years of handyman or general maintenance experience
Strong knowledge of residential building systems and tools
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Own basic set of tools (larger equipment provided as needed)
Willingness to work on a variety of projects, both indoor and outdoor
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders when necessary
Must pass a background check
