Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a project in the higher education sector, located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The primary function of this role is to conduct thorough research, maintain meticulous data entry, and provide proactive communication in the process of gathering and organizing data. Responsibilities: Take the initiative to conduct in-depth research on various topics as required Actively seek out and verify information through direct communication such as phone calls Maintain a consistent and accurate format when entering information into the database Use the Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint Server for data management and documentation Implement strategies to contact the right person when needed information is not readily available Utilize computer research skills to compile data and assist in the development of a database Display persistence in reaching out for information, even in the face of non-responses Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the data collection process Utilize outbound sales skills to effectively communicate and gather necessary information.Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites and Microsoft Office SharePoint Server Demonstrated ability in Computer Research and Data Entry Experience in compiling and organizing data Proven skills in outbound sales and implementing strategies Background in conducting research in a higher education setting Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Problem-solving skills and ability to think critically Previous experience in a similar role in the higher education industry is preferred.
