Project Assistant

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Project Assistant in the non-profit sector, located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role focuses on supporting survey services and publications operations to ensure product delivery, client satisfaction, and quality. Responsibilities: Accurately and efficiently process survey orders. Manage client communication from order submission to delivery of the report. Coordinate the internal fulfillment survey process with the client and survey services team. Update or add client information in Salesforce, including all activities and process documentation. Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for survey customers. Follow up with clients to resolve issues related to unpaid invoices and survey fulfillment. Process daily publication orders from the web store and manage packaging and shipping. Monitor and manage publication inventory levels. Support the production of virtual workshops, including technology verification, poll and breakout management, chat responses, and event recording management. Assist in resolving technical difficulties during virtual workshops. Requirements A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role within the non-profit sector Demonstrated skills in order fulfillment Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service Proficiency in data entry and related software applications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Excellent organizational and time-management skills Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines A commitment to the values and mission of the non-profit sector.
