Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity in the non-profit industry for an Executive Assistant in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing various administrative tasks, including coordinating meetings, managing communications, and maintaining accurate records.Responsibilities: Organize and coordinate meetings, including setting agendas and ensuring proper communication Act as a liaison for IT service desk and outsourced IT functions Manage and distribute communications to members Coordinate various projects and meetings, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared Prepare and issue Request for Proposal (RFP) for new software programs Document and distribute meeting minutes Take initiative in various tasks to ensure smooth operations Maintain confidentiality and professionalism during meetings Manage transition to SharePoint and organize files appropriately Handle facility requests and ensure they are addressed promptly Utilize various skills such as ADP - Financial Services, Cisco Webex Meetings, Concur, CRM, Kronos Timekeeping System, About Time, Calendar Management, Communication, Conference Calls, Correspondence, and Scheduling Appointment - Calendar ManagementRequirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role within the non-profit sector Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services Experience with Cisco Webex Meetings for coordinating virtual meetings Familiarity with Concur for managing expenses Proficient in using CRM systems for managing relationships and data Knowledge of Kronos Timekeeping System for managing time and attendance Experience with About Time for project management Excellent calendar management skills, including scheduling appointments Strong communication skills, both written and oral Experience in managing conference calls and correspondence Ability to handle scheduling and calendar management efficiently.
