Description Robert Half is seeking an individual with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for helping others, to join us as a Customer Service Representative. Fielding client phone calls and placing follow up calls as necessary
Assisting customers with inquiries, tracking or follow-ups
Performing data entry tasks
Managing and logging crucial information within multiple CRM databases
Handling email correspondences
Consistently achieving metrics including quantity and quality of calls
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (such as retail, restaurant, call center, etc.)
Minimum 1 year experience in an office setting, preferably working within a database
Personable with a positive attitude and excellent problem-solving skills
Proficient in written and verbal communication
High school diploma, GED, or higher education
Motivated to consistently meet or exceed expectations.
