Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will be part of our team, ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of customer applications and maintaining accurate customer records. Additionally, you'll be monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate actions based on your observations.Responsibilities: Efficiently handle requests from billers via WQs or shared Outlook inboxes Accurately process customer credit applications Maintain precise customer credit records Sort and file patient forms, which may involve lifting up to 10 lbs Locate and retrieve files as and when needed Cross train and work in different processes as required Manage repetitive movements including sitting, standing, kneeling, reaching, and ladder climbing Carry out scanning and filing tasks Sort mails from lock box, USPS, and internal mail routes Handle fax sorting and faxing tasks Manage returned mail by adding flags to each system Handle claim attachments Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned. Requirements Proficiency in using Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneNote Ability to work with computer systems and various computer programs Experience in providing workstation support Knowledge of printer hardware and fax machines Familiarity with claim administration tasks Ability to handle miscellaneous tasks efficiently Experience with the TRICARE system is a plus Demonstrated ability to maintain quality while enhancing productivity Proficiency in using 'About Time' software Experience in offshore operations Ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting and handling lock boxes Comfortable with working overtime as needed Familiarity with USPS operations Excellent skills in filing, scanning, and other administrative tasks Ability to undergo training and adapt to new processes quickly.
