Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Minneapolis, Minnesota. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in our team, ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient processing of applications, maintaining accurate records, and effectively resolving inquiries. Responsibilities include: Ensuring efficient and accurate processing of customer credit applications Maintaining detailed and accurate customer credit records Effectively resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner Monitoring customer accounts and initiating appropriate action when necessary Collaborating with team members to ensure a high level of customer service Adhering to healthcare industry standards and regulations Utilizing video tools for communication and coordination Applying knowledge of R Code and Offshore systems to optimize operations Complying with TRICARE and NIS guidelines in customer interactions Continuously updating skills and knowledge to provide the best customer service possible.
